What you will be receiving:

  • 8 weeks of circuit training utilizing HIIT, EMOM, and AMRAP styles

  • Four 2 week training blocks with five sessions per week. Sessions are broken down into upper body, lower body, core + cardio, and full body.

  • Sessions range from 30-45min

  • How and why you should track your progress and goals

  • Gym and/ or access to equipment will be needed

  • Various dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands required for training
